Gallery Opening: Kura Gallery

Fri. 29th, 5:30pm
@ Kura Gallery, 19 Allen Street

Matariki — the Maori New Year.
Kura — a shop and gallery with Maori (and other) artwork and jewelry.
Tohu — the first Maori-owned winery in the country.

All of these combine with tonight’s opening of seven artists’ work, reflecting the rise of the Seven Sisters (Pleiades) that Matariki celebrates. More info on the artists (and a fancy-dancy flyer) after the jump!
